Samuel Merritt Spring 2017 ABSN

Hello! I just wanted to make a thread specifically for those who are applying to the Samuel Merritt ABSN for a spring 2017 start. I'm applying to start in April 2017. It's the only program I'm applying to, as I can't afford more than a year without an income and I really want a BSN and not an MSN at this time. I'm done with my application, just waiting for nursing CAS to verify all my transcripts before I click submit! Currently working full time and taking my last 3 pre recs online. What about you?

I applied to Oakland and June San Mateo and haven't heard anything yet. Getting nervous í ½í¸©

I got in! May Oakland. Still waiting for news from CSU Eastbay (Concord). Will secure my spot just in case, but will take cheaper option if needed. And my email went straight to my inbox! Congrats on other who got in. People who didn't get email yet hold on. On some of the threads from last year, people got emails up to 3 weeks after others received theirs.

I'm nervous too. Keep planning that vacation. I'm thinking two weeks in Scotland-castles (I have two teen boys) Renting a car, driving around. Border collie demonstrations.

Krista, next week I'm going back to NYC to museums and the different boroughs. And I want to go to Ireland right before school starts!

I'm not sure if anyone has heard back from the June cohort yet! I believe everyone has only received acceptance letters at 8am too, so probably tomorrow!

Thanks missmeyling! Yes, June Cohort, got the email in my spam this morning at 8 am on the dot. I'm sure they'll be sending more out soon. My last name starts with a C , so maybe it could be alphabetical? Who knows how they decide when each email goes out.
