Hello everyone, I haven't seen a thread for the ABSN Fall 2021 Start (Sacramento, San Mateo) so here it is. ?

One thought - if we have to reapply, how are you guys changing your application? Mine will more or less be the same application. Not enough time between now and the application date to retake the TEAS... 

The only difference for me is that I won't have any prerequisites in progress anymore.

I’ve been reading and re-reading my statements and making little edits to it. That’s the only changes I’m making to my application for the July 1 deadline.

The Samuel Merritt admitted student portal. I made an account with the same email address I used for the application. 
 

Once I log in, there’s a note saying the portal is for admitted students only, but I click onto “checklist” & they have the status of the application. 
 

I’ll find the link and post it here! 
 

According to past forums, people saw they were accepted/waitlisted in the portal before they receive the actual email.

The SMU new student portal. I registered using the same email address for the application.

I’ve been checking the portal everyday because I heard it gets updated before official emails get sent out! 
 

Click on “checklist” and you should see the status of the application

I created an account on the portal, but it’s not registering that I have applied ?

Yes I did, and I got the preliminary review email with that email so I know it’s submitted

Maybe they are halting accounts being created since we’ve found out about it ??‍♀️ At least you know it’s been submitted!! Hopefully they email us soon

Thanks for sharing! I just created an account and it says the same thing, "application is being reviewed".

Hello All!
I've been sporadically checking the thread and thought I'd post today. Based on the posts so far, it seems like we'll be hearing back within the next week or two. It doesn't feel real yet! I still have one non-science course in-progress, which will be completed mid July. Ahh, all the best everyone.
