I made the alternate list, but I am unsure what my points are. I thought that they were 67.5, but it could possibly be 72.5 if they gave me the hardship extra points. ??‍♀️Definitely confusing

The counselor told her that it was more competitive that semester due to covid having several schools shut down. I’m really hoping that it goes back to the normal 64 points being competitive for this semester.

Me too! It’s definitely so stressful, I got locked out because my password expired I was freaking out! my friend was #1 on the alternate list for Spring 21 with 69.5 points so I’m hoping 67 is enough! ????

I applied also with 67.5 points! The TEAS kicked my butt, definitely felt it was more difficult than the HESI. Good luck everyone!

I only applied to Sacramento campus, I wish they would be specific on why we were denied. Admissions only response is what she is “assuming to be the reason behind the denial”. My stats: science GPA: 3.06 HESI: cumulative 89 overall GPA: 3.4 I also had 3 classes in progress (which are complete now) and she said that it really wouldn’t change my application at all to reapply without redoing anatomy or physiology (or both) to improve my science GPA.

Hopefully that means good news!! Fingers crossed you get in! I emailed admissions and she said I was competitive in everything except my overall science GPA (which is 3.06) I would need to retake either physio or anatomy before reapplying.. I am going to look more into other schools and hope that I have better luck, definitely feeling defeated and not wanting to try right now.
