Hello,
Anyone applying to Sacramento State for Fall2022 and with how many points? Just submitted my application and I hoping I did it all correct. Transcripts sent ✅TEAS sent ✅ 2nd language uploaded ✅ and I think that’s all.

Hi there!
I plan on applying in a few days after I retake my TEAS. I got a 94 on my first attempt, but I want to take it again to see if I can score higher to raise my point total. If I were to apply right now, I would have 75 points.
Wishing everyone well! ?
That’s great! I applied with 77 points. Waiting to have them confirm my 2nd language points for approval. Worse case I will be at 74 points. I hope it doesn’t increase much this term with all the schools fully opened again. Last term was at 71 points cutoff. Good Luck!

77 seems like a comfortable point total (even 74 seems really good)— wishing you the best of luck!
Thanks! Are you applying for Fall 2022 as well?

I submitted my application but haven’t yet paid the evaluation fee (I am I finishing up physio this semester). I have a 4.0 and all of the optional criteria (except a foreign language) but I am sitting at a 67. I only have an 84 on the TEAS because I took it before physio and micro. I am not sure if it’s worth it to pay the fee when the cutoff has been so much higher the last few semesters. :/

Honestly, with everything still in such a state of flux, perhaps a 67 could make the cut. If possible, have you considered retaking the TEAS? I think there are plenty of online proctored tests available prior to the application deadline (March 1st) if you wanted to try and improve your score.

I've considered it, but it would be my last attempt, and I am currently in Physiology. I know in the past the cutoff was 67, but maybe I'll be lucky, and it'll go back down.

I applied for the Spring semester with a 91.3 on the TEAS, a 4.0 GPA, and a total of 74 points. I hope that I have enough points to get in! This seems like kind of a dumb question, but did everyone above the the point cutoff that is shown in the applicant pool statistics get in or was that only the ones that they considered for admission and alternates?
Good luck to everyone applying!

I think a 74 has pretty good odds of getting in! I believe the point cutoff is just for those that were admitted into the program.

Hi everyone! I just submitted my application! Here are my stats:
TEAS: 96 on 3rd attempt, Non-adjusted Nursing GPA: 4.0, Health related work experience 100+ hours, Bilingual, First Generation, Environmental Background, No courses omitted, No repeats
In total I have 85 points but that’s if everything is verified and I didn’t make any mistakes submitting my app..
Good luck everyone ❤️
