I was placed on the alternates list with 71 points and I was eventually accepted.

How long did it take for you to get accepted?

I believe decisions came out mid-April and I got accepted mid-August. The timeline is probably different for Spring semester since it starts in January!

Sorry for the late response! I spent 1-2 weeks studying between attempts (I took 3) and bought the biggest TEAS studying package from the ATI website I believe it was around $250. What I think helped me the most is taking practice tests!! Take as many as you can.

Hello Maria!

I'm in the same position you were where I'm trying to figure out what schools are with applying to based on how many points I can get. Do you mind letting me know how many points you had for the programs you applied to and whether you got in? Also, any additional advice for the TEAS would be amazing. Thank you!

Hey everyone, this is one of the nursing programs ill be applying for in Spring 2024. I'd like to hear about your guys' options on the program! How is it going so far? Do you like the program?

I'll also be living in dorms so how's the student life? Are other social or do they just keep to themselves and go home? Are there many activities?

Hi Ansh,

Glad to hear you are applying to the nursing program! I am entering my third-semester and I have liked it so far. The first year of nursing school for me was packed with lecture, clinical, and clubs. If you have a passion for nursing then this program will be a good fit.

I live off campus so I can't speak for the on-campus environment, but there are always students available to go out and do things. A lot of people find good connections with other semester students at club events for CNSA & MIN. Some people commute to school so it might be hard for them to stay after class to hangout or study. Aside from nursing school, The Well has a lot of activities and definitely take advantage of the clubs on campus. I got into salsa dancing with my roommate this past semester. Let me know if you have any other questions!

I ended up buying this practice assessment. You can also use Mometrix. I took the TEAS twice and went from an 86.2%-92.1%. I recommend to begin studying early and focus on areas you are not comfortable in. I didn't study English and Grammar that much and got the worst grade in that section.

Already have it haha

I took my first attempt on A and B and got 89.3 on both. Were the practice tests harder or easier than the exam ? Should I expect 89.3 on the real test or higher ?
