   Haha, I think you’re good to go then! I don’t think the Pre-Clinical Questionnaire had a confirmation. I’m sure if there are any issues or if we are missing anything, they will let us know! 😊

   I also did not receive a confirmation for the Pre-Clinical Questionnaire. The only confirmation I received was for the ITE questionnaire that just said to print the confirmation page as proof of completion.
