I applied to Chico, Sac, SF, and Sonoma :x3: but Sac is my first choice mainly because it will be easier for me to find a place to live in while in school.

I applied to Sac, Chico, SF , SD , and East bay. I was excited about SF making their program two years but apparently they took out their senior preceptorship, which is a huge negative.

Oh wow that is a huge negative. On SF's application, there was a fine print said that they took 40 students in the Fall and another 40 in Spring also if I'm not mistaken

How long did it take you guys to receive a confirmation email from the school of nursing stating that your application was received? I turned mine in in the mail slot in person last Tuesday and I still haven't received an email, so I'm getting a little antsy..

I mailed my application in on Friday 2/21 and got a confirmation email by Mon 2/24. I was surprised it was so fast, but maybe I got my app in before they got totally swamped. Still, it may be worth a call.

I submitted mine last thurs morning and received an email the next day

I think I submitted mine on monday and received an email on wednesday? Did you check your Sac state email? Thats where they will email you, not on the email you stated on the application (if other than sac state)

Oh no you guys, I am officially freaking out. I haven't received an email at my sac state email. How could this happen? I turned it in to the mail slot in the nursing school office. What do you think I should do? Should I call them? I can't understand what could happen, they MUST have it right?

EDIT: I received the email, it was in my spam folder. oh my god.......

Oh my god, so many of you have such high scores and now I am even more nervous about my status. I really hope the cutoff is 69 like last semester's. I've only applied to Sac, Dominican, and I tried to apply to SFSU, but the website wouldn't let me because their nursing program is so impacted that they are refusing applicants. I wish I could apply to other schools, but I can't afford to relocate.
