Sacramento State (CSUS) Fall 2014 Applicants

Published

Hi All!

I'm currently applying for Sac state nursing fall 2014 as a transfer student. I'll have approximately 72 pts by the time of application. I cant wait for april/may to hear the results!

Interested in hearing about your experiences!

I'm applying to Sac State for fall 2014 too. I turned in my application a couple days ago. the wait feels like forever.

Hi I'm applying as a transfer student as well. I have 89 points, if I calculated them correctly.

I have a question, did you send your transcripts to the school of nursing directly or did you send them to yourself and turned them in with your application as one package?

Good luck!! the wait does feel like forever! I can't wait to hear the results… I am going to submit my transcripts with my application as a whole package. I think I read that they prefer it done that way but you can also have them sent to the school of nursing directly if you are worried about getting them in on time?

I will be applying next week after I take my re-take my TEAS exam. Hopefully I get a better score this time. Right now, I'm sitting on 70 pts, and I am so worried I might not get accepted.

I am also including my transcripts with my application as a package, that way they have everything all together. I feel that there is a risk of a mix-up or loss of my transcripts if I send them separately.

Yeah I agree! I don't want any of my papers to get lost so I would rather send it all at one time. Good luck on retaking your teas! I'm also worried that 72 pts might not be enough! Hopefully it's like last semester where the point cut off was 69.. then we would both be in! =)

I turned everything in a package and dropped it off to their office too. Good luck on your teas. I'm looking at 79 or 83 points. We'll see how it goes though. Good luck to all of us :)

I was wondering if anyone has received an email saying that they have got his/her application. I turned mine in a couple of days ago and haven't received an email.

I'm not sure because I actually haven't turned mine in yet. Still waiting for a few more papers to come in.. I will probably drop it off to their office too! I feel better that way.. You never know!

True you never know what could happen if you mail it out. At least if you turn it in yourself, you for sure know that it got there. I got my email recently saying they got my application; it takes about a week for her to email everyone.

Hi guys! I'm sitting at what I calculated to be 89 points...

4.0 gpa

89.3 TEAS

100 hours volunteer work

Took 3 years of Spanish in HS

I'm so nervous! I have yet to turn in my application. Good luck to you all!

Oops, I meant 85 points*

THnx for the info hj 92. mmm_madeline you shouldn't be nervous! That's an awesome score! I'm pretty sure you're going to get in! =)
