Rutgers Accelerated Nursing- Fall 2015 (Newark)

Wow, seems like no one is applying here or maybe we just have a lot of readers. In any case i hope to apply for the accelerated nursing program for Fall 2015. originally, it was to be Spring 2016 because i haven't finished prereqs but I'm hoping to be done next spring (of 2015) and hoping they extend the deadline. Anyone else?!!

How many classes do you still have to take?

Cass11 if you are applying you need to be enrolled and send Rutgers proof of enrollment. Also, you need to have a midterm grade in by the deadline. You can call enrollment services or the recruiter for specifics!

Just one. I took the wrong developmental psych. My school only offered a developmental psych that only focused on aging instead of the lifespan

I'm applying!! :) Though I'll be applying at some point next year. I look forward to reading about your experiences with the process. I have a 3.42 GPA from VA Tech and a bunch of healthcare experience so I hope I'm qualified.... anyone find any other good ABSN programs they're applying to?

Hi everyone!!!

I applied to the Rutgers ABSN program for fall 2015 and I also applied to Seton Hall ABSN fall program and was already accepted so I'm just waiting to hear back from Rutgers. This last month of waiting is going to kill me. Lol. I was wondering if anyone knows when the Rutgers program's start date is? Also, once you receive the acceptance letter how soon after do you get information about the costs and how much financial aid will be given either through the government or school grants and scholarships? Anybody else having trouble getting their Spring 2015 official transcripts sent? I am calling the records office constantly to see the status of them. I am getting nervous with the deadline LITERALLY right around the corner. Any advice?????

Me too. Make sure you input your grades in nursingcas as well. Honestly, this is an extended deadline so I hope they don't expect the transcripts from spring to get there on time. Sure, it would be nice but a lot of people are making the same requests too so it's a busy time.
