Rutgers Accelerated Nursing- Fall 2015 (Newark)

Wow, seems like no one is applying here or maybe we just have a lot of readers. In any case i hope to apply for the accelerated nursing program for Fall 2015. originally, it was to be Spring 2016 because i haven't finished prereqs but I'm hoping to be done next spring (of 2015) and hoping they extend the deadline. Anyone else?!!

I am also hoping to apply to the Fall 2015 program. Do you know anyone currently in the program? I am hoping to learn more about the program from a current student's prospective about the intensity, clinicals, classes, and really just overall experience.

Ahhhhh a single soul! i'm very excited! lol. I don't know anyone in the program, i've just been reading the forums on here for like two years! lol, I can't wait to apply, Have you finished all the pre-reqs yet?

I have not! I took Life Span and Human Interactive Processes this past fall. I have Microbiology left to complete (will be taking it in the Spring). So excited to apply as well! Are you applying to any other programs?

I applied for Rochester and fairleigh dickinson. I have no intention of going though. The other schools I really wanted to go for have early deadlines and they want the courses completed before applying. I still have to take a&p 2 and micro this spring but I would love to go to rutgers!

Hello! I am planning to apply also. The application is much more in depth than some others I've done so I had to take a break lol. I have all of my prerequisites completed.

Are you guys applying for Newark as well? Are you able to see the application through nursingcas? All it does is give me a link but no option to actually submit the application.

I'm so happy to hear other people are applying! I heard that they will be holding the New Brunswick program, but if they do not have enough applicants to the New Brunswick program the students who are accepted will be taking courses in Newark... I don't believe there is a separate application for Newark on NCAS

I saw Newark in there. Are you applying to New Brunswick? I wonder why they don't have many applicants (or so it seems).

I am applying to New Brunswick... hoping they have enough applicants! Otherwise, I guess I may be in Newark. I am closer to NB however. Have you started the application?
