Wow, seems like no one is applying here or maybe we just have a lot of readers. In any case i hope to apply for the accelerated nursing program for Fall 2015. originally, it was to be Spring 2016 because i haven't finished prereqs but I'm hoping to be done next spring (of 2015) and hoping they extend the deadline. Anyone else?!!
I applied to Rutgers as well but got accepted into another program that starts in August. I am already in the process of getting my background check and have my orientation date. It is very disappointing that Rutgers was so late in getting out decisions. I attended rutgers for my undergrad and was really looking forward to going back there. No matter what the outcome I will not be attending Rutgers =(. Good luck to everyone.
Hello all,
I'm so glad someone directed me to this thread!.... Although now I must admit I'm a bit disappointed and nervous... I unfortunately am one that has all her eggs in one basket ... perhaps I have more to lose (or less depending on how you want to look at it) so I am a bit disheartened at the moment. I did apply to an associates program (which I got accepted to and orientation is next week) but am banking on this accelerated one.
I just would appreciate some type of communication from Rutgers regarding the process and its delays. Perhaps some type of notice on their website.... I don't know....
Oh well, best of luck to all of you! Crossing my fingers for all of us that are still waiting.
Rutgers would have been so convenient and to think in the past I wish I could have applied but was unable to because I didn't finish the prereqs and now that I have applied, it's an endless waiting game. I called today and asked for the status of my application and was told the committee is reviewing application and they should mail decisions out the end of June/ beginning of July. I think I will go ahead with my other school and start prepping for fall to go there because I am beyond exhausted to deal with rutgers ALREADY!
