I wanted to create a post for students who applied to Rutgers summer2021 ABSN program. I am anxiously awaiting a response. I applied in September but had all my documents in around December. I saw in previous post that people submitted their basic life support certificate but I didn't see an option for that.
I graduated with a bachelors in cell and molecular biology recently, I volunteered as an EMT in the past and did research.
my stats are 3.5 GPA
A&P1: A
A&P2: A
Micro: A
Statistics: A
Chem2: B+
Nutrition: A-
lifespan: A
I also took biochem and got a C
I would love to hear about you guys (past and future student). also does anyone know how FAFSA would work for this program since it starts in the Summer, or how do you guys plan to pay?
@Whit80 That's good to know! Im using Modern Stats to study for the exam and plan to take it soon. I hope its okay that I have this one grade pending. I should definitely look into REA as a study guide and Quilt haha

did they send you an email to check your portal or do you check it daily? ?
Thanks! There was no email, I check it multiple times a day ?. FWIW it came thru after 10 or so, I think they typically update pretty late in the evening.
I logged into my portal and have been admitted! I am deciding between Rutgers and one other school. I am going to try to make my final decision this weekend to make sure I'm not holding on to someone else's spot. Good luck everyone ?
