Rutgers ABSN Summer 2020 / Fall 2020

Hello, all

I am trying to apply to ABSN in Rutgers for Summer 2020 and Fall 2020.
But when I am trying to select, only the Spring 2020 ABSN is allowed to select.
Since I am not available to apply for spring 2020, not sure what to do.

Is this just me? Please anyone. Share your application experience.

Try again - Their system was down last week. Everyone was having issues. That said, I don’t think you can apply for Fall 2020 this far out — probably have to wait for them to open applications in 2020.

So far the application process have been a lot of IT issues and confusion — since they changed their website it seems there is less information available. Maybe that’s just me?

Anybody applying for Summer 2020 program? I got into Spring 2020 for New Brunswick but I think I will drop due to location and apply again for Newark campus Summer 2020. They won't let me switch the location.

Yes, I am. I am currently taking microbiology and nutrition so I hope my grades are final before the deadline. I went to newark for undergrad so I hope i get in.

Oh great! Do you think the Newark campus is safe to study? I will be moving from a different state so I have no clue. I don't think public transportation (train or bus) would be safe around the area, so I might use a car. Am I too overly concerned?

No around the school is safe, I like to take my own car but some people have a hard time finding parking. I always buy the parking permit bc you can find parking without a problem (its about 600$ for the semester and a lot of students don't like to pay it). If you do not want to get the permit, then i think public transportation is the next best thing.

Did anyone apply for the spring semester as well? I applied and got rejected so I want to reapply for the summer, but I don’t see an option to start a new application. Anyone know how to go about this? Thanks!

Me too. Although, I’d be surprised if they accept the chem class I applied with so my hopes aren’t high. Did you apply anywhere else??
