Hey! I figured I'd start a thread as I haven't found one for this upcoming semester. Has anyone applied for Rutgers ABSN Spring 2021 start?

I have applied and am currently just waiting on a response. I know I have spoken to someone at the school and they have mentioned that some people have already gotten their decisions.

If you applied by 10/1 and had your documents in by 10/15 then you should hear back 4-6 weeks after 10/15. That would be between 11/12 and 11/26. That’s a general timeline, but there have been a few people who have heard back already.

Hi All,

I'm just a little confused about the BLS. I just stumbled upon this chat today.  I never got an email asking to submit it at all. And it never showed up on the application board( in a new applicant). Do any of you have 100% clarification on when and if the BLS needed to be submitted in order to review the application.

Yes, I was able to activate my NetID online. I haven't received any e-mails from the school yet except a receipt for my enrollment fee.

@merc12 Can you share all the info about any requirements needed to complete before the semester starts? Thanks

@NurseA20 I think a few of us have gotten different answers. I was told that it wasn't required at the time of application and I wouldn't have to turn it in unless I was admitted. I ended up emailing mine anyway just to be safe. You can always chat with them and see what they say.

Anybody hear anything yet? I just reached out via chat and they told me that if you are admitted or denied, your portal will be updated, but if you are waitlisted you will be notified via email and your portal will not be updated.

Haven’t heard anything. I was told new applicants are only notified via the app portal status. No email.

Congratulations!! I applied for Newark as the campus is 15 mins from me.
