  1. Hey is anyone in the current ABSN program have the new MacBook Air with the chip. Apparently it's not compatible with some things, I contacted the tech department for specifics on what't not compatible, but just curious if anyone else is in the same boat.
  2. Do you need to wear the uniform (scrub top, scrubs) during lab times such as foundations?
  3. For your nurse pack, do you remember how much it costs? I am gauging whether to by things separately or just from the book store. also for the attire, do you know if they are super strict on the footwear (if it’s not completely solid black etc)
  4. Do we have dosage exams for each clinical site ? Will we learn this in class and if so which one ?
  5. Hey! How has everything been with covid- specifically taking exams remotely and Clinical? Do you start clinicals the first semester ??
  6. Is anyone going through financial aid/applying for loans for the program? Curious to know what the process has been for you!
  7. Got my acceptance to the Camden campus this morning! Anyone else get into Camden??
  8. Not sure if anyone is applying for Camden- but the BLS is only needed after you are accepted and you don’t need anything that’s pending etc
  9. Just curious- which document ?
  10. Hi all, I applied to Camden as my first choice- what about you guys? I was waitlisted last time for New Brunswick- but now with Newark being the combined campus, I'd rather commute to Camden. Have some other options/seats in other programs- but Rutgers really is the most affordable. I applied pretty early- before September 1st so we shall see!
  11. Rcon has an accelerated 12 month program if you have your bachelors from another program and it offers the HCA loan forgiveness for 2 years of work at one of their hospitals.
  12. Is it the ABSN program? Or regular ? I’m doing the ABSN and for me it’s worth it because it s only 2 years longer. However I’m confused on which hospitals are affiliated with this specific HCA program- are there ones outside of Kansas City?
  13. Are you doing the HCA ? I am considering this program for Jan 2022. Is it hard to get the loan forgiveness. This is the only school I’ve found that has this. Also do you know anyone else who has does this program ? in general - for me- I am 28, not having debt is the most important to me.
  14. Hi- amyone know the price for in state vs out of state tuition? For the ABSN program? Also the 5 semesters- does that mean it will take 2 years plus a Summer? or do they accelerate the semesters?
  15. Thanks. Yeah it seems most around at 30000 or more. Rutgers seems one of the cheapest options if you’re a resident here.
