Hi all! I couldn't find any threads for Roseman's July 2021 cohort so thought I would start one. I am from California and applying to the Henderson NV campus. I know applications don't open until December 1st, but thought I would get a jump on this since many of us are getting application stuff together. Feel free to share stats, advice, or anything else!

She also had me email the help desk regarding a student email acct but have not heard back - not really worried right now since I now know documents I’m waiting for won’t go out til may and there’s nothing else for me to do til then according to Jennifer B. Reach out to her if you’re at henderson campus
Just received an email creating student email account !
Hey everyone. I applied for both the July and August 2021 start dates. I just received an email saying they completed an advisory evaluation of my transcripts (everything is completed). What is my next step here- do I need to set up some kind of appointment with an advisor? Or will the admissions office reach out soon with either an interview invite or a rejection email? Thanks!

My stats are last 60 3.4, prereqs at 3.3, and TEAS 89%. Do you guys think I have a chance? I could probably retake either Chemistry and micro (B's) for an A but id rather not.
I'm honestly not sure how I got an interview but my TEAS was 73% and my overall was around a 3.2 I believe and I had 2 C's. I got accepted though and I start in August! So I think you'll have a good chance of getting an interview!

At this point, I feel like it's just a waiting game for an interview since they send out interview invites randomly. You don't get a rejection letter though if you don't get an interview, those are only sent out after the interview process.

So quick storytime, I actually applied last year in May for the June 2020 start but I had a feeling it was too late for me to get in.
I didn't get an interview for that but I did roll over to October 2020 one but I heard that one was hard to get into as well cause of people who didn't get an interview for Feb/June rollover. I didn't get an interview for that one as well. I'm guessing it was my grades and TEAS but I just reapplied again anyway.
I reapplied back at the beginning of January this year for the June 2021 start. I had a friend who got his interview invite right away for January (he applied in December) and he got in. He found out he was accepted Feb 1 and I got my invite on Feb 2/3 for the June 2021 start but I was chosen as an "Alternate Candidate" cause seats were full for June so they gave me a choice of switching to August or waiting for a seat to open up in June. I chose to switch to August.
(Sorry for rambling LOL)

Hi! I just interviewed earlier this month for a seat in the June cohort. I remember they said there wasn't going to be enough seats for everyone in the room (about 22 of us) but I didn't realize they filled up already! May I ask when they emailed you about being an alternate candidate?

Hello! So I was emailed at the end of February (2 weeks after my interview, Feb 25/26), and at the time it was full and I was given the option to wait it out for a spot in June or get a guaranteed seat in August cohort. I just chose to switch because I wasn't sure if I was going to end up at the South Jordan campus and I wanted Henderson since I already live in Las Vegas.
They only gave me 2 days to decide (until March 1) if I wanted to switch cohorts but if I wanted to wait it out, I would have to wait until March 15.
During that time, I'm assuming people could decline their offers which is why I would have had to wait like 2 more weeks. I know seats mostly fill up in Henderson first and South Jordan would be the last to fill up.

No problem!! If you or anyone else have questions, feel free to message me on here or on Instagram, @chocomilkceeal (if you have one) cause I don't check this as often

Yes! I have a few to choose from, so a spot may be opening up soon ?
I did have a high TEAS score.
I applied to PA school for two cycles before this and it is such a soul-crushing experience. Don't let it define you, and keep working at it. There will always be another "carrot" in these fields, know your life is so much more than this ?
