ROSEMAN ABSN Summer 2021

Hi all! I couldn't find any threads for Roseman's July 2021 cohort so thought I would start one. I am from California and applying to the Henderson NV campus. I know applications don't open until December 1st, but thought I would get a jump on this since many of us are getting application stuff together. Feel free to share stats, advice, or anything else!

OK same here. ISA/loan info email states further docs would be sent to roseman student email address so I was confused. Sent email asking fin aid specialist last night waiting for response

hey guys! glad I found this trend. definitely had a few questions answered? thanks to yall. I'm planning to apply for the fall cohort. My stats are last 60 3.4, prereqs at 3.3, and TEAS 89%. Do you guys think I have a chance? I could probably retake either Chemistry and micro (B's) for an A but id rather not.

Apply as early as they open the application period then you do have a chance !!  ?

I had two B's for the prerecs and got an interview! I say if you can afford it, it's always worth a shot, and at least super valuable interview practice for your future.

I also have no nursing licenses or specific nursing experience, so I'm sure that will look good!

I’d say your stats look really good! My TEAS was lower than yours. I’d also say apply as soon as it opens and stay in touch with the advisors (not sure if you already are) but they help with app deadlines, transcripts, questions, etc. mine was super helpful and made sure all my info was passed along.

OMG you've given me hope LOL I'm so insecure about my stats. Were you offered admission?

Did you get any email from school yet??  I haven't received anything since I accepted financial plan..

My advisor is super helpful but it takes her a bit of time to respond. Tried to arrange a phone call but she's busy all week. So email will do I guess. Thanks for the reassurance!

Same. I’ve been in contact with the rep Jennifer and she just emailed today that per her director - ISA info would be emailed in May for students to sign.... not sure if it’s the same timeline for all financial stuff.

I am wondering what others said about the student email stuff ? I think there were people said about they got email after financial package when you asked before..   I am confused ?

I set up phone appt with Jennifer to go over financial aid stuff last week then I’ve been in contact vis email since phone call. She helped clear things up for me. She also had me email the help desk regarding a student email acct but have not heard back - not really worried right now since I now know documents I’m waiting for won’t go out til may and there’s nothing else for me to do til then according to Jennifer B. Reach out to her if you’re at henderson campus
