RN to BSN online program January 4, 2016

Hi!!

I'm starting the RN to BSN online program January 4, 2016. First class is NUR351. I was wanting to reach out and see if any others would be starting this course at the same time. I thought it would be nice hearing from fellow classmates and getting to know one another so we could discuss course and future school plans to help encourage one another! Hi ladies I started CCN in Jan 2016 too!! I'm so excited to hear of others in the program. I'm currently in NR-351. Starting 361 and advanced eng comp in March, Kind of worried about the caseload cuz I work like all of you. What does everyone think?? Anyone out there who can give advice on course selection?? Worried about statistics soon to come. Is this program difficult to complete or all all classes as smooth sailing as 351? Chris

I feel NR 351 is pretty easy. You write the paper in stages and it's due Week 6, no quizzes or final exam. The worksheets are pretty easy. Not too time consuming. You only have to do 2 discussion posts per week.

I'm also taking SOSC 350 at the same time. I feel that one is more time consuming because this instructor requires 3 separate posts per discussion topic, which makes 6 posts per week. Plus there's a quiz every other week, a paper and a final exam.

So far, very manageable by budgeting time well

I could have sword I was the only one who felt this way. I took both NR351 and SOC350. I wish SOC350 was a live class because some days I just felt like hurling a chair at someone. But definitly totally managable.

I m taking NR 351 at chamberlain . I have Eisenstein for NR351 . Anybody have this professor . My class for next semester is NR 361 anybody have a good profess for this class.

Yeah, it's a bit tedious, isn't it? Especially having to do 6 posts per week and they have to be on 3 separate days, too. UGH! Only a few more weeks to to and it's over. Thank goodness!

I have also started a private Facebook group so the online RN-to-BSN students could assist each other thru the program.
