Every RN to BSN program that I've ever seen requires you to ACTUALLY be an RN. That means you have to have passed NCLEX. If they didn't require you to have passed NCLEX, it wouldn't be an RN to BSN program. It would just be a BSN program that allows you to transfer in credits.
Your requirements = impossible to meet.
I went to Chatham Univeristy Chatham University I picked it because I liked the fact I could complete the program, while attending full-time, on-line in 9 months. I started in Jan of 2009 and graduated in August of 2009. It is rather pricey compared to some of the RN-BSN programs, set me back about $17,000. Also you don't have to have a license to start classes, you just have to pass boards by the end of your first semester.

Umm, I don't know about where you live, but when I lived/worked in the midwest as a new grad RN (diploma grad), alot of my classmates started right into a RN-BSN program before they even passed their RN boards. There are many RN-BSN programs that will allow this, as long as you are able to pass boards within the first semester or so.

Double check the OP. She wants an online program. That's the difference.

Were they accepted into the program even before they graduated with their ASN too?
when i went to my orientation for texas tech's online rn to bsn program there was some students that were gn's . however, you are going to have all your prerequisites done before you can be accepted in this program. you are lacking many prerequisites like comp 2, the first history, state and us gov, stats, algebra... your electives.....all programs don't require all of these but most do....you need to start by knocking these out...99.9% of the time stats is a requirement before research so i know you cant get out of that one.....good luck
