Riverside School of Health Careers RN program

Hello everyone!

I am looking for current, past, and even prospective students for Riverside's RN program. I will be applying for the September 2013 professional nursing program. For current or past students, what was your GPA and teas score? Also how was the program, instructors, clinicals? I did attend the last open house in December and I was hoping that a student or recent grad would be there to talk about their experience. I love how the instructors seem to be really supportive and the small campus also appealed to me. To other prospective students what start date are you applying to and do you have any other nursing/healthcare experience? Any advice or other information on the program is greatly appreciated! :up:

Ok, so what exactly is rolling admission? I was watching the open house on facebook and he touched on it, but I didn't follow.

Yeah, I was a little bummed about his answer concerning this..there really is no rolling admissions. I went up to him afterwards for better clarification. He said that they accept application anytime prior to the deadline, however they do not make any decisions until after the date and ALL of the applications are accepted. So applying early really doesn't help propell you to the front.

Well crap. I loved the idea of finding out within a few weeks of applying. My "plan" was to apply that first day it opens up for the September 2014 class.

Lol my hair is naturally curly but I just got the keratin complex smoothing treatment done to it the other day and I have to leave it straight for a few days! I'm sure ill throw Ms.Whittaker for a loop when she sees me again for my interview. You look different from your picture as well :p and yes my name is Hannah! What's yours?

I saw that FB door prize, if you were the first person to comment on their status! That is exactly how I felt when I did a tour of the school! Were there any grads or current students there?

Oh my goodness, I hardly recognized you. That keratin stuff really works! Lol about my pic...we just came off a Disney cruise, that pic is cute and brings good thoughts. I can't believe we actually sat right next to each other. I wonder if us winning door prizes means we have some good luck and favor on our side? Good luck with your interview next week, I'm sure you'll do well!
