Riverside School of Health Careers RN program

Hello everyone!

I am looking for current, past, and even prospective students for Riverside's RN program. I will be applying for the September 2013 professional nursing program. For current or past students, what was your GPA and teas score? Also how was the program, instructors, clinicals? I did attend the last open house in December and I was hoping that a student or recent grad would be there to talk about their experience. I love how the instructors seem to be really supportive and the small campus also appealed to me. To other prospective students what start date are you applying to and do you have any other nursing/healthcare experience? Any advice or other information on the program is greatly appreciated! :up:

Me too! Having rolling admission seems kind of dumb to me because its like you have students who apply for a specific semester and then may not be able to get into it but on the other hand I guess it's good because you get in either way. They should ask what we want lol

Lol @ domjo yes they definitely should ask us what we want! But yes there were about 10 of us that did the tour for the RN program. The tour was at the end so I'm not sure if everyone that was interested stayed.

I take my TEAS test tomorrow and I am BEYOND nervous lol I really hope I can sleep tonight everyone keeps telling me to calm down and there sure ill do fine but they don't understand lol ahhh wish me luck!

Not the best.. I scored a 55% I learned that I was basically using the wrong book to study from I was using the mcgraw hill one and should have been using the ati one. The ati book has questions similar to the real test(duh!) lol but I'm just gonna hit the books harder and retake it on may 6

I'm just curious - were you allowed to use a calculator?
