Hi everyone!
I thought I would begin a thread for everyone applying to the nursing program at Riverside City College for the spring 2016. Hope we can share about our process here. :)
Currently, I'm finishing up my Anatomy/Physiology 2 and Sociology 100 at CSUSB. So far, I've been doing well, I think haha! If I finish with an A in sociology I'll have a 4.0 for my general eds and a 3.0 for my science gpa. After the spring quarter, I'll be studying for the TEAS exam for a little over a month and take the exam in July. Any advice that's related to the TEAS exam?
Hope we can begin this thread. Best wishes to everyone here! :)
OK, I made an appointment for a physical and what-not but WHERE IS THE FRICKEN FORM I NEED?!!Grrrrr..

Hello everyone,Do you think I need a laptop for the first semester of school? I have an old Dell Window Vista at home but waiting to get a new one in April when sales are going on. So should I wait or get it now?
You don't need a laptop in my opinion, they have tons of computers there to us if you need them and there's not a lot of people that bring laptops in :)
Thank you for replying! But I do need a voice recorder right? [emoji12]
You can get one. You have to write out a letter to the staff asking permission. But in all honesty... These lectures are nothing like you've had before. They are called seminars... And they are mostly group activities and teaching the class what the subject matter is.. It's a different approach that's really hard to get used to at first because we are all so used to PowerPoints and getting lectured at.
But if you have a smart phone you can just use that as a recorder and sit closer to the front
Hey everyone! I am an RCC hopeful and I'm trying to get info. I have an interview with WCU next week but RCC is my first choice. I was wondering what the process was starting with general ed through graduation (ADN) . What the approximate costs were from start to finish (gen ed to grad), and what to expect as a full time student, how hard it is to get accepted into SON etc. Thank you so much in advance!
Hello Everyone!
My name is David, I am the Vice President for the RNursing 11 class. I will be there on intake day to help assist with your transition into Nursing school. I see you are all making great use of networking (a key to survival in nursing school ) I know you all have fears masked with excitement for this new endeavor in your lives. If you have any questions, please ask!
