Riverside Community College Nursing Program Spring 2016

Published

Hi everyone!

I thought I would begin a thread for everyone applying to the nursing program at Riverside City College for the spring 2016. Hope we can share about our process here. :)

Currently, I'm finishing up my Anatomy/Physiology 2 and Sociology 100 at CSUSB. So far, I've been doing well, I think haha! If I finish with an A in sociology I'll have a 4.0 for my general eds and a 3.0 for my science gpa. After the spring quarter, I'll be studying for the TEAS exam for a little over a month and take the exam in July. Any advice that's related to the TEAS exam?

Hope we can begin this thread. Best wishes to everyone here!:up::)

@Cammy I will come this Monday (with a Dr. pepper in hand as payment) what time do you get out of class?

I never know. The class is scheduled from 9-130 but she never keeps us that long.

I've also gotten contemporary nursing, ebook pdf

@cammy can I meet you about 12:30 at digital library? I can wait if your not out by then

Yay and Congrats! :)

Now let's the fun part begins! [emoji12]

Does anyone knows when we will register for our classes?

Hey everyone! I am an RCC hopeful and I'm trying to get info. I have an interview with WCU next week but RCC is my first choice. I was wondering what the process was starting with general ed through graduation (ADN) . What the approximate costs were from start to finish (gen ed to grad), and what to expect as a full time student, how hard it is to get accepted into SON etc. Thank you so much in advance!

I would not recommend WCU...they have a bad reputation and the tuition will be $100K. To have all your questions answered go to the Pre-Nursing Workshop held by the nursing counselor and RCC students (go to the Riverside Campus ones). Here is the website for the information School Of Nursing Overview

How has everyone's vaccines been going ?

I know this maybe redundant but I just want to make sure regarding books are you buying all books ? I have read the recommendation of buying course points only. So what books do I really need ? Books are really expensive.i am thankful for

bog -waver .

It's taking longer than expected so make sure you get right on it
