I thought I would begin a thread for everyone applying to the nursing program at Riverside City College for the spring 2016. Hope we can share about our process here. :)
Currently, I'm finishing up my Anatomy/Physiology 2 and Sociology 100 at CSUSB. So far, I've been doing well, I think haha! If I finish with an A in sociology I'll have a 4.0 for my general eds and a 3.0 for my science gpa. After the spring quarter, I'll be studying for the TEAS exam for a little over a month and take the exam in July. Any advice that's related to the TEAS exam?

Yes definitely take the practice test with ATI. When I took my first practice it gave me the result and the topics that I was weak in. So then I would review those topics using my ATI study guide and YouTube videos to make sure I understand those concepts. Yes I believe all TEAS V exams will be provided through ATI. This was my second time that I took the TEAS and I was lucky enough to have the same version that I took last time. I love how LLU place gives you breaks in between each sections of the exam and they were not really strict with their procedures at all.
Are you sure you called in the right place? LLU offers TEAS to non-applicants every week Monday at 12:30pm, and Thursday- Friday's at 9:00am for $85. Here is the phone number: (909) 558-4923. Last time when I called in to reserved my spot they just ask for my name and phone number.
Hello everybody :) This is my first time commenting on this website so I'm pretty new here. I was wondering if anybody has received an email acknowledging that RCC has received your application? I applied September 1st and have received nothing.
Thanks! I left a message for Jackie, hopefully she gives me a call back soon. I booked my date to take the TEAS exam on 10/29 through the ATI website at the Redlands location. It's still open for those looking for a further test date than LLU can offer :)
I'm also taking the teas at the Redlands site on 10/29. A little over 5 weeks to go. Going to be studying like crazy. Just purchased the practice test on the ati website. Hope it helps.
I haven't. I did email the school, to the same address we turned in our applications stating I hadn't gotten a receipt from them yet, but I still haven't had a response. I will be calling if I don't hear something in a couple more days.
