Repeats when Applying for NOVA Nursing program

Hi girls/guys. This is for those that have applied and gotten accepted into the NOVA Nursing programs (fort myers & ft lauderdale.)

Did any of you have any repeats in the sciences? I saw on the website that they absolutely accept no repeats in ANY courses. Yet, i've READ about a few on here that HAVE repeats in the sciences. What is the deal? If you have please tell me which courses. thnxs! And any advice on what i can do.. I have an Instructor withdrawal on my Anatomy I first term in college 4 years ago. And it's bitting me in the ***! HELP :(

I took all my classes at Nova! What school are you in? Also, what are the pre-reqs for barry?

nutrition,micro,lab,all the anatomys,biology,philosophy,ummm chemistry & Lab, but one of my friends she had all the pre reqs and they told her she had to take some other classes ? like religion or something Im not quite sure. Is Nova expensive for those classes?

Im taking nutrition online.. its the only class im taking I wanted to take it easy this semester because once i start the program its study study study lol do u have a facebook? so we can chat on messenger lol

Yeah I just accepted you, the only thing is my computer wont let me chat on facebook, it says its unable to connect! Anyways at least were now friends on facebook! Keep in touch! And I havnt applied to Barry, Im just gonna wait to see if Nova will take me and if not then Ill be applying to Barry and FIU

Jennifer, sorry for the delayed response, I have just been running around and trying to get things in order before school actually starts aaaahh its almost time, well about the scholars program it automatically comes in with your acceptance packet... but January students do not have the option to go into the program since they have closed it off for the January term and are only taking Fall students.... its very a very hard program to get into to considering so many apply. There is a deadline on when you can apply to this program and then comes an interview process, etc. Hope this info helped!!! Also i see that you are taking a summer class make sure you send in your final transcripts ASAP since they wont make a decision if you are still taking or pending a class/grade. Hope this info helped and the best of luck to all of you!

:) CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

All i can say is... GOOD LUCK! im actually a 3rd semester student at NOVA... and let me tell you ITS TOUGH! BUT, its doable... for those of you starting on 8/30 if you go to ft lauderdale you will love Dr. Lyons she teaches Advance anatomy and physiology. I started on January with 138 students :( and as bad as it sounds only 80 made it.... :S lots of people failed.... BUT U CAN DO IT..... JUST STUDY AND DO UR WORK!!!!!! good luck!!!!!
