Hi girls/guys. This is for those that have applied and gotten accepted into the NOVA Nursing programs (fort myers & ft lauderdale.)
Did any of you have any repeats in the sciences? I saw on the website that they absolutely accept no repeats in ANY courses. Yet, i've READ about a few on here that HAVE repeats in the sciences. What is the deal? If you have please tell me which courses. thnxs! And any advice on what i can do.. I have an Instructor withdrawal on my Anatomy I first term in college 4 years ago. And it's bitting me in the ***! HELP
Hey Jennifer, when you got accepted, how did you find out? Did you call them personally so they can review your application? I applied last week to Kendall and am wondering how long it takes before you find out if you are accepted... Congrats to all those who made it, i bet you're soo excited
Hey Bella02! I actually applied on August 13 and found out September 3, about three weeks! I couldnt believe how quickly they responded. As for your gpa, I think you have a great chance of getting in. Your science is really high! Make sure you have all the pre-reqs they require. Good Luck! Let me know if you have any questions!!
Jennifer
Oh wow, good for you! That is fast... I'm happy for you. hopefully, i'll find out soon. thanks for the encouragement :) btw, did u have any failed classes in ur transcript? Because even though I did good on my science courses, I failed a co-op work experience class for business that I regret taking. I just hope that won't prevent me from getting accepted.

hey everyone, the first 2 days have been AWESOME.... couldnt ask for more... so helpful and you are NOT just a number.. our anatomy class is heavy and LARGE, thats our toughest class which is everyday in the afternoons except for Fridays.... thank god.. you take 3 classes then in October one class replaces another class.... so u take an 8 week course then switch over to another course. Students were scrambling to get their scrubs atleast the pants because if you have a Nova Nursing shirt but a specific one then you can wear that instead of your scrub top, but its hectic.... I LOVE IT... its everything i wanted it to be and more... its just a lot of work and you have to read alot and write a lot.... in APA style just and fyi.... im exhausted another day tomorrow thank god its only one class.
