Repeats when Applying for NOVA Nursing program

Hi girls/guys. This is for those that have applied and gotten accepted into the NOVA Nursing programs (fort myers & ft lauderdale.)

Did any of you have any repeats in the sciences? I saw on the website that they absolutely accept no repeats in ANY courses. Yet, i've READ about a few on here that HAVE repeats in the sciences. What is the deal? If you have please tell me which courses. thnxs! And any advice on what i can do.. I have an Instructor withdrawal on my Anatomy I first term in college 4 years ago. And it's bitting me in the ***! HELP :(

Hello!!! I am planning on applying to Nova for January 2012. I have everything ready except... for the essay part. Do any of you guys know like the requirements for the essay portion???

I also need information regarding the Essay Part. Is it due along with the application? I see no information regarding the essay in Nova's website. I will be attending this week Kendall Campus to gather info and make my decision. In the mean time, I applied to FIU. Just in case! Nova is expensive! FIU is affordable, but requires 3 excelsior exams and 120 hours of clinicals on your own......(they won't find a place for you), many people concern with that, since it is difficult to find a place that would be willing and it must be another BSN nurse in charge of your hours (no patient care), just research, documents, and projects. I wonder if anyone could tell us with NOVA do you required:

1. Entrance Exam for the RN - BSN program (online or present)????

2. Is it 50 hours of practicum?

3. Do they help you find a place to do the practicum hours before graduation?

4. Do they require excelsior exams as part of providing credits towards graduation as FIU does?
