Assuming that one works 52 weeks a year, 40 hours each, that $89.00 comes to a little over four cents per hour. Given the responsibility that a nurse assumes every time he/she goes to work, I don't know how anyone could sleep at night without professional Liability Insurance.
As one of my instructors in nursing school used to say, " It would
behoove you to carry malpractice insurance as we are all human."
It is the behoove word that made the sentence!!

And once again I am reminded what a great deal of peace of mind it brings me for just $89/year.
Just a reminder to those that don't carry it - please do so - students, too!
