RCC Nursing Fall 2019

Hello! I thought I'd start this thread for anyone who is applying for the RN program at Riverside City College for Fall 2019! Let's all chat! :)

I spoke with S and J today - they are still finalizing the roster of CEP students to send to CSUF. They had to do another transcript evaluation.

A CSUF pre-enrollment nursing advisor emailed me back two days ago saying it will be a few more weeks before we get the welcome packet with how to enroll/fin aid/student id etc.

Thank you for the update! I just got a response email from L R the CSUF nursing pre-enrollment advisor.

I have access to my CSUF student portal & email. Wondering if anyone else has access yet ? Attached is a screenshot of my Student Center. Nothing is posted. View Financial Aid, Accept/Decline Awards, My Academics....are all empty. I guess we still have a few more weeks to go then.

Hey everyone! I have a question about the concurrent enrollment program at RCC, when you apply do you need to make a separate application to CSUF/CSUSB? or is it in the RCC Nursing application? Thank you!

No, that’s handled in your application but you should make sure that CSUF or CSUSB (depending on your cohort) are listed in your financial aid.

I already accepted another acceptance! I don’t have n e more time to wait for RCC! I can’t imagine how their program will b if the process to get in is this inconsistent!!
