Hi!!! Thanks for starting a thread for the RCC Fall 2019 RN program. Have you submitted your application yet? Submitting mine sometime today or this week.
Hi! Yes, I submitted it a few days ago! Now I'm impatiently waiting for the confirmation email lol. I'm going in with 51 points before the TEAS & I'm hoping to get invited to take it through RCC. Have you taken it yet? And do you mind sharing your points? :)

Hi! I'm so glad someone started a thread for Fall 2019 nursing hopefuls. I'm one of them. Literally just submitted my application and I'm so anxious. I'm calculating my points pre-TEAS at 51, too. I'm also crossing my fingers for an invite to take the test at RCC.
If I calculated it right, I have 48 points pre-TEAS test. =)
When you guys sent your applications, did you guys print and fill out or just do it on screen and save & attach the application?
I filled it out using Adobe. I used a Mac, so I'm hoping the formatting didn't get screwed up. My only other option was a chrome book and the application said not to use chrome, so I didn't really have a choice.
Is anyone applying for the concurrent enrollment program through CSUF?
I filled mine out on Adobe as well. I wasn't able to apply for the concurrent enrollment because I'm missing political science. I literally have everything else except that class. I was so upset when I found out but it's okay, I'll be very grateful if I'm accepted to the 2 year option. I'm so nervous! I just want to take the TEAS already lol. Is anyone applying anywhere else?
Yea!!! I was planning on doing it on my Mac, but I do also have a Windows computer.
For the concurrent program, I'm missing two classes, English 2b and Politcial Science. If worse comes to worse, I'll take those two classes if I don't get accepted this time around. But I'm pretty confident that I (or we) will get in!!!
How do you all feel about the fact that 40 spots are being held for concurrent applicants & the other 40 for the 2 year option? Do you think there will be a higher cut off point because of that? That's the only thing that worries me. Other than that I'm pretty content with my points & I plan on studying like crazy for the TEAS! Hopefully we all get in!
Did you go to one of the workshops? I am pretty sure they will balance it out between the two enrollments. Having a total of 80 accepted. There will definitely be more people applying for the 2yr. I recorded the workshop I went to, so I will review that again.
Just do your best and hope for the best. =)

I did go to a workshop but I wasn't really worried at the time because I thought I was going to be able to apply to both. It wasn't until I looked at the application that I found out we need poli sci. But you're right! I just need to be positive and hope for the best! No negative thoughts! Lol
