I had a question. so i took my test today and im freking out because i ran out of time at question 185 and i have no idea what to do!!!! before reading all the posts about waiting a full 24 hours before doing the pvt i got the CC bad popop came up!!! ugh im freking out and dont know what to do!!!
my question is if i wait till tomorrow and wait the full 24 hours and try again would that give me an accurate answer or I totally just messed that up? please respond thank you!
Update: I did the pvt again at 16 hours and the same pop up came. The bad one !
I feel defeated and like a failure. Ugh worst feeling ever!
i was just wondering could the papers come in 4-6 weeks and it's positive? I don't feel I did bad. I studied a lot for 2 months since my grad date and my scores were 85% and above. I really felt comfortable. And since I can't find my qr being in CA I was wondering if anyone has heard of ppl getting the bad pop up and getting a pass? And is the chance really small?

I have never heard of anyone got the bad pop up and passed. And usually people who felt like they did terrible were the ones who passed. But still...until you get your mail from the bvnpt, then you'll have your answer.

I have, it's been reported here a number of times, and always by people who did not follow the PVT instructions on this site. Doing it too early is typically the problem; not waiting until TWO sets of scores are finalized. That's why we keep telling people to wait a full 24 hours before doing it.
And the likelihood that it will become a pass, OP, as I said before.....is small.
OP, doing the PVT repeatedly is useless at this point, it serves no good purpose. It is what it is, it's a trick, and one that won't tell you much now. Save yourself some grief and stop doing it, 'k?

You still have chosen to not follow the guidelines for the trick. PLEASE STOP! You can do nothing more than wait for official results now. The likelihood that you failed is high though the second scoring is complete within 24 hours Yours may have already been checked. There is no point to keep trying at this point. You have your answer.

Relax and take a deep breath first - When I took the NCLEX years ago you could look up on the BON website if you had an active license. I don't know if it still works that way. In any case if you did not pass you can take the test again. What was the source of your problem? Nerves? Did the questions seems hard? Was it the format of the test? How did you study. I used resources that actually simulated the actual test and in the two months before I took a test every other day honing my ability to quickly get the gist of the question and think it through. I had literally answered thousands of questions by the time I took the actual test.
There are also classes you can take that help you prepare for the NCLEX but they can be kind of expensive.
Good Luck
