Would anyone mind sharing your experiences for the 2nd interview at Rady? What sort of questions do they ask? How many people in the panel? How long it was? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Think more about behavioral questions and examples. Overall, take a breath, be yourself, and believe in yourself. The right job is the right job and this is your opportunity to show what you have to offer! Good luck!

I applied for NICU as well and have yet to hear anything. I called the nurse recruiter this afternoon and the automated answering machine states they are still considering applicants, but does not state for which departments. If anyone gets a call from NICU, I'd love to know! Thanks all and good luck :)

I was offered a position! There is hope for all of you external candidates, GOOD LUCK!

Do you know if all positions for the hem/onc floor are closed or are they still reviewing candidates? MY application status changed a week or two ago to that it was sent for further review but i haven't heard anything else. Thank you!

I believe they have interviewed and chosen all of their candidates.. But you can always email the recruiter ------------ (her email is on the website) just to be sure
