Rady Children's Hospital 2014 RN New Grad

Would anyone mind sharing your experiences for the 2nd interview at Rady? What sort of questions do they ask? How many people in the panel? How long it was? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

I actually have no ties to the hospital- I live in Sacramento and went to school out of state. I'm always hesitant to get too excited though because I know internals are preferenced for most of these new grad programs

Thank you! I applied for their Surgical Unit! I am an external applicant and did not go to Nursing School in San Diego so I am hoping I still have a chance :) Let us know how the interview goes!

The interview went really well, it was just me and the manager. I had an email requesting references within 5 minutes of leaving so she can make her final decision. Fingers crossed! I get the impression that every unit is timing their interviews based on their schedule, so good luck to everyone waiting!

I just got a call from the PICU for a 5 minute screening interview there on Monday! Fingers crossed!
