Quinnipiac University ABSN 2021 Cycle

Hi everyone! 

I applied to Quinnipiac for the ABSN 2021 cycle, has anyone else?! Here are my applications stats: 

A&P I: A-

A&P II: B+

Micro: B+

Stat: A-

My undergrad GPA is 3.09

Hopefully we hear back early March instead of late! ?

I just checked the application portal because I'm anxious to know LOL and it does say we will hear back starting in March so hopefully starting next week we'll start hearing decisions!

Thats good news!  I hope we hear soon from QU!  

Happily, I found out yesterday that I have been accepted into the accelerated program at UCONN.   Not sure which would be my first choice.

Did anyone else here also apply to UCONN?

Hi everyone, I just got an email saying there was an update in the portal so you guys might wanna check and see if your decisions are posted. I was accepted!!

So now for the next questions:

Are you deciding between more than one school?  

What factors are you using to make your decision? 

I am deciding between Quinnipiac and UConn.

QU starts sooner (and therefore ends sooner).  I like their "holistic nursing" approach.

UConn is closer to my home and is much cheaper (not sure about any financial aid yet).

Hi! I’m still waiting to hear back from other schools too. So I’m going to see what all my other options are too. Also depending on how much QU gives for financial aid is what I’ll base my decision on!

Congratulations everyone! I also found out this morning that I was accepted!! I am still waiting to hear from Southern but QU is my top choice. As long as I can figure it out financially that is where I want to be. Either way it's really real now!!
