Hello all! I just recently applied on 1 APR. Waiting for second email for part 2. I am kinda nervous, since I'm so late in the game. We shall see what happens. Good luck to those in the interview process. For those that already have their license is there an advantage?

I had my ICU panel interview for UMCB Friday so I thought I'd share how that went for those who asked. I actually had a really great time at my interview. I was asked a few questions, but for the most part the conversation flowed naturally from topic to topic. It was very laid back, which I loved.

They really want to get to know you as a person, so my best advice to anyone waiting for a panel interview is to relax and just be yourself! They don't want to hear the same answers from everyone, so be honest about everything and don't just tell them what you think they want to hear.
