Congrats oo10 and carb0n!! That's amazing! Thanks for the well wishes lakeishaburke.

My SNW interview was a small panel, the manger, the supervisor and educator. Tomorrow the interview will be the manager and a supervisor.

@moll, I definitely will. I will say the manger on nine is very nice, I've met her a few times. Hope I can do well tmrw.

Congrats Carb0n! Pretty sure all the critical-care people will be training together so I will definitely be seeing you!

Congrats carb0n!!!!

Awesome news; carb0n, oo10. Everyone looks like they're getting what they want. So, excited for everyone!!!!

texaslvn12 Good luck tomorrow! You'll do great!

Congrats to everyone getting offers!!! Super excited for you guys. I have mine next week and I am beyond nervous. Do you guys have any tips for the interview? I could use the help:yes:

Thank you for the congratulatory comments, everyone. I'm very excited. I'm wishing the best for all of you.

@runnerchick, I will echo what has been said here in the past, the interviews are highly behavioral. My best advice is to be honest and upfront with them. Don't try to give staged or reheorificed answers, rather, give answers from the heart. You will seem much more real that way. They are interviewing your personality more than you as a nurse. If they ask a negative question such as "tell me about a time you failed", give a real example and don't dance around it, they will appreciate your honesty and accountability. Make sure you have some thoughtful questions in mind for the end of interviews. Feel confident in yourself and you will come across as confident! Good luck!

Thanks a bunch @Carb0n definitely appreciate the info.

Thanks for the well wishes guys! I just got out of my interview with 9. I was the first one of the day, eek. I think it went okay, it was a little shorter than my one with SNW, I think because they literally had a schedule FULL of names for today and tomorrow. They also asked different questions than my SNW interview and one I really didn't expect which was probably just unique to me, "How do you feel your experience as an LVN is different than being an RN?" I really didn't know how to answer that one. But they definitely focus more on behavioral questions, though they did ask me one scenario question. They are hiring 6 spots and will make their decisions by next Wednesday at the latest.

Good luck all!

Carb0n and texaslvn12: thank you for the help and feedback!!

texaslvn12, glad to know when the decisions will be made for the 9th floor.

I have two interviews tomorrow O_O, so the tips help. Fingers crossed. We will see.

Hey folks, I got offered a job by Seton Northwest this afternoon! I am so excited. I know it is a smaller hospital and not as well known as Brack and Main, but it's a great floor. Congrats to all and good luck to those with interviews soon :)

congrats @texaslvn12 !!!!
