Balanced in all personal qualities : cognitives, affective and social interactions.
So:
-logical thinker and empathyic in the same time
- knowing her personal identity well but in the same time knowing and her status, role and indentity in team and social groups where she belongings (family, cultural group...) ,
- accountability
- moving the focus from "for me" to "for you" and balance the terms
- a balanced personality: not too soft-but not too agressive (Zuzi still work with her softness arghhhh), COMPETENT but always prone to learn, passion for what to do but not rigidity and stucked in, a good listener and a good speaker in the same time, a trustfull person but a correct one in the same time, a positive manner to deal with issue , knowing always that she is human and people around are human also and with humans need to COMMUNICATE ....and many others
