hi nurses and future nurses :)

i'm new here and this is my first post.. i am not quite sure if I'm doing this right.. so anyway..

i just have some questions..i hope someone out there can help me..

i took the nclex rn exam last march 19, 2011.. i have read previous posts that results are usually released via the BRN website at least 3-4 days after taking the exam.. it's been a week now since i took my exam and still my name is not listed at the website, does this mean that i failed the exam? i'm sooo worried.. and by the way, i tried the pearson trick and i got the good pop up but im not relying on that alone.. if that is really true then why is my name still not listed on the site? :crying2:

please help me out and help me pray that i really did pass..

do you know anyone who took the exam last march 19 too? did they get the results already?

sorry if i am asking a lot of questions.. :)

    Just wanted to say I Hope someone can answer your questions. I took mine back in the day when it took over a month for the results to be mailed to you.

    Does your state offer quick results? If it does, 48 hours after taking the exam a link will appear right under the link you are clicking on to reschedule your test - where you are doing the PV trick. You have to pay $7- $10 via credit card and it will bring you to a screen with your unofficial results (but at least they are more official than the PV trick!).

    If you don't have that option don't stress to much yet, its only been 6 business days for your BON, I think mine took around a week to post it online. You can also try calling or looking online at your BON website as there may be more information on a timeline there. Good luck, I hope you find out soon!!

    Back in my day, it took almost 3 months to get results. That's when we used a pencil to fill in the bubbles on the board exam.

    It depends on your state. In my home state results were available online "tentatively" 24 hours after exam.

    In the state I live in currently people have to wait 30+ days for a packet to come in the mail.

    Call them! Sometimes they are just slow at posting. I know with mine it took 2 days to come up, but with others it took 1-2 weeks. Goodness...if they only knew the stress they caused by taking their sweet time posting the results. Good luck! I did the Pearson trick and so did my friends. All of us passed except one who got the bad pop up for the pearson trick so hopefully this news eases your mind a little bit.

    thank you! this is such a sweet relief knowing that the pearson trick really works, haven't heard any feedback yet that says its not accurate.. i can barely sleep well at night thinking about the results and every morning my dad always asks me if i already check the site and etc.. STRESSFUL! :D

    I already tried calling them but its always busy.. :(

    There is no way to be certain you did not pass if your name does not appear on the site until you receive the formal results in the mail.

    i used saunders and kaplan.. Saan ka sa pinas? :) did you take the exam already?

    results can take anything from 3 days to 6 weeks and will not be posted on website if you haven't not given them your SSN
