I didn't see a board for Providence SoCal TIPS New grad Residency program for May 2022, so I thought I'd start one.
I applied for the program on February 10th. I applied to both Providence St. Joseph Burbank and Providence Holy Cross Mission hills- Externally. Right after I received the self-paced text screen questions. On February 15th, I got an email to schedule a live video interview. But when I went to schedule it on the website, it said there wasn't any available dates or times. I emailed the recruiter and she said that they were waiting to see if they were going to open up more interviews as all of them had been taken. She said they were trying to add more dates.
Where is everyone in this process? and if you got an invitation to interview-- did you have the same problem?
My portal just updated for St. Jospeh's Orange Location with a new position for "RN I Resident- Emergency Department". However, for my original TIP application, it says "no longer under consideration." Does anyone else have a portal that looks like this? and is this a good sign? Thank and good luck you guys :))
Contact the recruiter from St. Joseph Health who has been emailing you regarding the interviews. She has been very helpful for me. Still waiting for Mission Hospital.....Goodluck ?
Yes that means you’re in the program! Congrats! I asked the HR and she said yes as well and that they are working on offer letter. It will take 1-2 business days.
Just got notice to expect a call tomorrow, I'm guessing about an offer maybe? I honestly wasn't expecting them to respond this soon. Does anyone know if there's a short deadline to accept an offer or if they'll be asking over the phone right away?

I just got off the phone with someone from HR they gave me my offer and asked if I was going to accept it now or if I needed more time. I asked until Thursday and then he asked if I could let him know by tomorrow!

Is this for Holy cross or st Joseph? Has holy cross contacted anyone with offers yet? Thanks

Definitely a good sign! They are preparing the offers and should be reaching out in 1-2 business days, according to an email I got today
