I didn't see a board for Providence SoCal TIPS New grad Residency program for May 2022, so I thought I'd start one.
I applied for the program on February 10th. I applied to both Providence St. Joseph Burbank and Providence Holy Cross Mission hills- Externally. Right after I received the self-paced text screen questions. On February 15th, I got an email to schedule a live video interview. But when I went to schedule it on the website, it said there wasn't any available dates or times. I emailed the recruiter and she said that they were waiting to see if they were going to open up more interviews as all of them had been taken. She said they were trying to add more dates.
Where is everyone in this process? and if you got an invitation to interview-- did you have the same problem?

I'm in the same exact situation. I've been refreshing my portal and there hasn't been any updates at all. They had told me they would reach out to us today or tomorrow last week so I'm getting antsy ?

I also haven’t heard…they told me Monday but no updates on portal. Hopefully by tomorrow!

For the panel interview, it's a couple of managers from different units at your chosen facility plus an educator that is leading the interview. It isn't necessarily the managers from your chosen units.

LOL yes it's strange! But basically the managers ask the questions, and then they score you. Then they go to your chosen units and present the candidates that scored high and then they choose.
I'm not too sure about applying to separate facilities ? I've heard in the past they reach out and ask you which one you would prefer.
My portal just updated for St. Jospeh's Orange Location with a new position for "RN I Resident- Emergency Department". However, for my original TIP application, it says "no longer under consideration." Does anyone else have a portal that looks like this? and is this a good sign? Thank and good luck you guys :))
