The hiring managers know that you’re a new grad, so they don’t expect you to know everything. They also look for how you think and process situations. Don’t be discouraged!! ?

I think interviews differed from managers and facilities… but read Providence’s mission and values. Know a little bit about the facility (ministry) that you will be interviewing with, and have a few questions ready to ask the hiring manager. Prep on basic behavioral nursing questions that you can Google, you got this! Good luck! ??
