I didn't see a board for Providence SoCal TIPS New grad Residency program for May 2022, so I thought I'd start one.
I applied for the program on February 10th. I applied to both Providence St. Joseph Burbank and Providence Holy Cross Mission hills- Externally. Right after I received the self-paced text screen questions. On February 15th, I got an email to schedule a live video interview. But when I went to schedule it on the website, it said there wasn't any available dates or times. I emailed the recruiter and she said that they were waiting to see if they were going to open up more interviews as all of them had been taken. She said they were trying to add more dates.
Where is everyone in this process? and if you got an invitation to interview-- did you have the same problem?
I have an interview with LCOM tomorrow.. maybe the coastal hospitals (LCOM, St John’s, San Pedro) are taking their time with applicant interviews? ?♀️
I think some facilities might still be interviewing this week, and it seems like only St. Joseph has started to roll out offers. My interviewers also said recruiters may contact you in up to two weeks, so definitely keep checking your portal each day!
Is anyone still waiting to hear from Mission Hospital?
My friend's application updated yesterday for Mission Hospital with Resident RN with the unit she was selected for. Mine is still "Interview Complete-Updated March 1" as of this morning.

Hello, I applied last night to Providence for the Santa Monica Location (med-surg) and the Tarzana Location (same-day services). I got denied for same-day services considering that’s what I do now but I’m supposed to be interviewing for the med-surg on March 15. I’m hoping all goes well considering the process only took 20 minutes and boom I have an interview. I have other options but I’m hoping secure something by the end of March or April. Good luck with everything!!
I’m all dressed up! My interview got postponed twice, because the hiring manager was a no-show. Should I take this as a sign? ?
Oh, no! Was it just one person not showing up and the other interviewers were there? When will your interview be now?
Keep being optimistic! If yours was postponed, I imagine anyone going after you would also be waiting, so they must have a plan to get you guys finished asap.

I was waiting for my personal reference and thought I had until March 6th (cause that's what it said on the app), but it looks like the application posting has been deleted. Anyone know? ?

My interview was only a 1:1 with the hiring manager. ? Waiting back to hear from the recruiter to figure out the next steps.

I think the application window was supposed to close in mid-February for the TIPS program. But they offer it three times a year~
hi-super random. but does anyone know what color scrubs nurses wear at LCOM? or like does it depend on what unit you're on
I just accepted a position there today!
I had clinical rotations there on multiple units and from what I remember they wore whatever colors they wanted to. I'm not sure if they changed it though. ?
