  1. I would reach out to the recruiter. St. Joseph Orange started pre-boarding a week ago, but it may be just the first batch like Incognito88 mentions above for St. Jude. I recommend calling, and if they don't pick up, send them an email inquiring about further updates or offers. Let me know if you need the recruiter's email/# and I can DM you.
  2. Oh, no! Was it just one person not showing up and the other interviewers were there? When will your interview be now? Keep being optimistic! If yours was postponed, I imagine anyone going after you would also be waiting, so they must have a plan to get you guys finished asap.
  3. I think some facilities might still be interviewing this week, and it seems like only St. Joseph has started to roll out offers. My interviewers also said recruiters may contact you in up to two weeks, so definitely keep checking your portal each day!
  4. Thank you! I hope your interview this week goes well, you've got this!
  5. Thanks for responding! That's really soon... they only gave you one day ?
  6. Just got notice to expect a call tomorrow, I'm guessing about an offer maybe? I honestly wasn't expecting them to respond this soon. Does anyone know if there's a short deadline to accept an offer or if they'll be asking over the phone right away?
  7. My portal just got updated with a position for St. Joseph, Orange! I've been checking like every 10 minutes haha
  8. Congratulations to both of you! ? Pretty sure that means an offer based off past threads! Did you guys apply for the new grad or fellowship program?
  9. Did you apply to that location yet? I received an email for a text screening after I applied, and then once that was completed, I received another email to schedule an interview. I'll see if I can DM you info
  10. I received an email on what to expect prior to the interview, so nothing was too surprising. It's general behavioral questions and a case study like they stated. I think just prep for those behavioral questions and be ready to talk about your clinical/work experiences!
  11. I interviewed at Orange, but usually the email addresses follow the same template. I don't think we can post contact info ? but my recruiter's email goes like firstname.lastname(@)providence(.)org, just remove the (). At least for Orange, interviews end this week, so I recommend applying online right now to see if there are any interviews spots left for Mission Hills. I only attached my resume to my application. But if anyone going for Mission Hills has more insight?
  12. I asked today and was told they meet next week to discuss candidates and to expect communication from talent acquisition within two weeks. Should I take this as a bad sign LOL
  13. Ohh, I applied for Orange, so maybe the process is slightly different depending on location? I’m an external candidate, and my interview is next week on Thursday. The email didn’t specify a unit, it just said it’s a panel interview. Thank you! And congrats to you too on interviewing for the fellowship program! I applied for St. Joseph in Orange
  14. Hello! I applied after you but didn't have any problems. I applied after midnight on Feb. 11th and also got the self-paced questions. Then I got the email to schedule an interview like 20 minutes after, and I saw only one date open with multiple time slots. I thought it was all automated because the email to schedule an interview came at nearly 1 AM.
  15. Hello! There's definitely enough time to go on vacation after you graduate. I graduated mid-December, took a 7-day trip, applied for the NCLEX at the beginning January, received ATT at the end of the January, and my NCLEX is first week of March. However, my school gave me an estimated timeline of when they send in transcripts/paperwork to the BRN, so the timing may be different in the Spring or for your school.
