Providence TIPS New Grad May 2022
I would reach out to the recruiter. St. Joseph Orange started pre-boarding a week ago, but it may be just the first batch like Incognito88 mentions above for St. Jude. I recommend calling, and if they don't pick up, send them an email inquiring about further updates or offers. Let me know if you need the recruiter's email/# and I can DM you.

Providence TIPS New Grad May 2022
I interviewed at Orange, but usually the email addresses follow the same template. I don't think we can post contact info ? but my recruiter's email goes like firstname.lastname(@)providence(.)org, just remove the (). At least for Orange, interviews end this week, so I recommend applying online right now to see if there are any interviews spots left for Mission Hills. I only attached my resume to my application. But if anyone going for Mission Hills has more insight?

Ohh, I applied for Orange, so maybe the process is slightly different depending on location? I’m an external candidate, and my interview is next week on Thursday. The email didn’t specify a unit, it just said it’s a panel interview. Thank you! And congrats to you too on interviewing for the fellowship program! I applied for St. Joseph in Orange

Hello! I applied after you but didn't have any problems. I applied after midnight on Feb. 11th and also got the self-paced questions. Then I got the email to schedule an interview like 20 minutes after, and I saw only one date open with multiple time slots. I thought it was all automated because the email to schedule an interview came at nearly 1 AM.

How long after graduation did you test in CA?
Hello! There's definitely enough time to go on vacation after you graduate. I graduated mid-December, took a 7-day trip, applied for the NCLEX at the beginning January, received ATT at the end of the January, and my NCLEX is first week of March. However, my school gave me an estimated timeline of when they send in transcripts/paperwork to the BRN, so the timing may be different in the Spring or for your school.

CSULB Spring 2020
Hi!! Currently, they haven’t released the Spring 2020 pool statistics, but they do have the Fall 2019 one up on the CSULB nursing website! They rank applicants by points, and from what I’ve read from earlier posts, the cut-off tends to be in the 9.3’s. Fall tends to be more competitive because it’s like double the number of applicants. Good luck and I hope you get in next semester!

I ordered one when buying the tracker, but you could be right. I don’t see anything about the background check on the ppts either. I think it’s better to wait until they reply before spending more money buying it ? They must have run out when giving it out? They just sent stacks of the same paper to pass along, so I do believe it is the same code. I just tried using the semester code, and it didn’t work, so I think everyone uses the trimester one (Edit: there might be a different semester code but I don’t know what it might be) I don’t think anything else was passed out except the ones to buy the scrubs and other equipment! Did you get that form?

If you still have the ppt from the email they sent us post-orientation, there was the link to castle branch where you buy the nursing tracker. Under the drop down for either semester and trimester, there should be the background check option to purchase! Did you get the paper they handed out during orientation? Idk if I’m allowed to post any info here on the forums but I’ll a photo of the handout just in case!
