Hello everyone!

I wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP program for the September 2023 cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, etc.

1. Torrance I believe is still sending offers, I got the email for the identification stuff then got another email for the offer discussion but not yet have gotten a official formal letter via email

2. I heard of St. Jude still sending offers out as of yesterday. 

3. Doesn't hurt to reach out to recruiter or the TIP program lead of any of the ministries to inquire about status.

I know there are some people that may still be waiting so don't lose hope! Things can still happen like people not accepting the offer and them moving down the list of candidates.

This time can be frustrating, nerve wracking, and also disappointing but don't lose sight of your goal and how far you have come, you will get there and will one day look back at this point and realize it was all part of your path. Sending everyone some positive vibes. 

 

thank you for this..I was getting upset because I hadn't heard back from Torrance..I went on an interview with my #1 hospital yesterday and they were the most kindest people I've ever met on an interview....I got an offer from them this morning..5 miles from home!..you will end up where you're supposed to end up!

for st.johns I was told around 48 hours but if I needed a day or two more to make a decision to just communicate with them about it.

I interviewed on 6/29, at the end of the day the unit manager called to talk to me. On 6/30 the unit manager called me to offer me the position and said HR will get back to me after the holidays but I have not gotten an official offer yet from Mission. Should I be concern and email the manager or continue to wait? (I have not been in contact with a recruiter so I don't have anyone else to contact)

Im pretty position when she called on 6/30 she said she wanted to extend me the offer but now some time has pass my crazy mind is making me think the offer was a dream ?!!
