Hello everyone!

I wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP program for the September 2023 cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, etc.

Hello, for those who got an offer... mind if I ask what the base pay is for providence OC?? Surely it is not at $36 anymore right?!  (Still says $36 minimum on their application page!)

St Jude is 45 base pay.

My friend emailed a recruiter and was told that night shift differential is $6.50, but I haven't confirmed personally.

I interviewed on 6/29, at the end of the day the unit manager called to talk to me. On 6/30 the unit manager called me to offer me the position and said HR will get back to me after the holidays but I have not gotten an official offer yet from Mission. Same thing. I had my interview on the 29th of July and was contacted by the unit manager next day with an unofficial job offer. I was told that I would be contacted by the HR within the following week. It's been already more than 2 weeks. I do not know what to think... I emailed the recruiter who invited me to the interview with a follow up letter yesterday but still have not got any response:(

I just reached out to the recruiter and the unit manager... waiting for a response... it's soo frustrating. I was starting to think I made the offer up in my head LOL. Which hospital and unit did you hear from?
