Providence TIP September 2023

Hello everyone!

I wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP program for the September 2023 cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, etc.

Me too. I had an interview with Mission Hospital but was reached out by the unit manager from Laguna since she was present on the interview.

I'm also in the same boat as you. Interviewed on the 29th at mission and got a call from the unit manager the next day. I'm hoping the official offer will come soon!

On 6/30 the unit manager called me to offer me the position and said HR will get back to me after the holidays but I have not gotten an official offer yet from Mission. Should I be concern and email the manager or continue to wait? (I have not been in contact with a recruiter so I don't have anyone else to contact)

Im pretty position when she called on 6/30 she said she wanted to extend me the offer but now some time has pass my crazy mind is making me think the offer was a dream ?!!

Exactly the same with me. I've reached out to the recruiter and she said she will be sending out the offer because it was still getting finalized but still nothing. ?

I know how frustrated this job offers are, but I got an offer three weeks after my interviews. Everyone else got it within 1-2wks.  Depends on the hospital, units and managers. So, stay positive everyone!

I'm just stressing because the other hospital only gave me 48 hours to sign the offer and I'm still waiting for holy cross ;( LOL

 

I should just give it up

I just got an update from mission Viejo. According to the one of the unit manager, they are creating more positions so there is a delay but offers are coming next week!!
