I know how frustrated this job offers are, but I got an offer three weeks after my interviews. Everyone else got it within 1-2wks. Depends on the hospital, units and managers. So, stay positive everyone!

They call and then the recruiter send the first step to confirm identity. After that they will send an official offer. Even if they don't call you soon, it is important to do not get discouraged. Sometimes, certain units/hospital take some time! Good luck everyone

What location are you guys talking about? Because Holy Cross Mission Hills base is $45.01 plus differential

I haven't at all. I was told on my interview that I did good. So, I am still waiting. One of friends said that Holy Cross takes longer, but I don't know.

@MannyO One at St Joseph (Burbank) and the other one at Holy Cross (Mission Hills).

My friends were hired the previous cohort with Providence, different locations and the start pay was around $44, night shift has a differential depends on the unit.

I applied and was interviewed with Holy Cross last week. I haven't received anything yet. Staying positive here!
