  1. Wishing all those starting tomorrow a great first day! Ya'll got this ❤️ & for those still waiting on an opportunity at a hospital or dream unit, don't give up, you've made it this far!! I think this quote can apply to many individuals so just wanted to put it here for anyone that may need it: "Your hardest times often lead to the greatest moments of your life. Keep going. Tough situations build strong people in the end.”― Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart
  2. does anyone know how long we have to accept an offer?
  3. Love this! Congrats, this is amazing ❤️ ! Wishing you all the best in your new role as a new grad!
  4. wanted to post some answers to some of the questions I have seen on this thread recently 1. Torrance I believe is still sending offers, I got the email for the identification stuff then got another email for the offer discussion but not yet have gotten a official formal letter via email 2. I heard of St. Jude still sending offers out as of yesterday. 3. Doesn't hurt to reach out to recruiter or the TIP program lead of any of the ministries to inquire about status. I know there are some people that may still be waiting so don't lose hope! Things can still happen like people not accepting the offer and them moving down the list of candidates. This time can be frustrating, nerve wracking, and also disappointing but don't lose sight of your goal and how far you have come, you will get there and will one day look back at this point and realize it was all part of your path. Sending everyone some positive vibes.
  5. same for me, I put the identity stuff on one app a few days ago and was asked to do the same for another app at a different ministry today
  6. Hi....Anyone accepted an offer for St Jude LND or LCOMT LND and can share insights on your experiences so far? greatly appreciate any info on this, thanks!
  7. IDK, I'm debating the two ahh, not sure...what about you? Did you get accepted to other ministries or just Torrance ?
  8. I only got the unofficial notification from Torrance by a call from unit manager this week.... the recruiter said they are still working on drafting the letter. SO nothing official I guess
  9. That was the same case with me, I actually heard from a recruiter from another hospital that I had an offer for the other hospital I had interviewed with. They wanted me to pick one as well to get an offer, but I relayed that I wanted to view all offers first then proceed with accepting.
  10. thanks for the response, yea that make sense, I will ask the recruiter when I get the official offer
  11. Thanks so much I appreciate your responses, and thanks for the congrats ? wishing you all the best
  12. thanks so much! How does accepting the formal letter work? After I submit my ID info, does it automatically send the letter or do I have to wait for HR recruiter to reach out? Also by chance does anyone know what the night shift differentials are for St. Jude, PLCM Torrance, and St. Joseph?
  13. Does anyone know if we fill out the link with indentification for one hospital that has sent the email, does it affect our other applications for the different ministries?
