Hello everyone,

I haven't seen a thread started for the January 2021 cohort so I figured I will start it. Good luck everyone!

Does anyone know when they are holding the interviews? From my understanding, the new grad programs have like a week or two scheduled for interviews. I hope I still have a chance at hearing back for an interview opportunity.

I don’t think LA has started their interviews. OC started sending invites this week. Hopefully LA is next week

I applied to multiple locations so not sure if that has anything to do with my application not being under review yet since it seems like cities hold interviews at their own times. But kind of losing hope since its been 2 weeks without any changes.

@grpyrRN When is your interview if you don't mind me asking? I applied for the fellowship program and in the job description it said interviews would be scheduled for mid october to November. Is that what it said for the TIP program as well?

My interview is Oct 13th ! .. and the job description for the TIPs says the same as what the fellowship job descrip. says: "Interviews for our Januay Cohort are scheduled or mid-Octber and November" ?

@grpyrRN Good luck! When you were choosing your interview, did they have dates listed to choose from through mid November as well? Haven't heard anything back yet and I'm wondering if all the interviews have already been booked ?

I was sent an email that only had the option to chose from 8:00-8:30am, 8:30-9:00am etc etc up until 3:30pm only an October 13th date.. I do believe that they are sending out New Grad interviews first because its such a beast (way to many new grads LOL!)

Hi! I have an interview scheduled with St. Joe's Orange RN residency this week and just got a request for 5 references...does anyone else know if this has to be filled out before our interview?

The Skills Survey Reference tool? I remember hearing that that is done in the interview process stage but not sure if it is before or after. Maybe you should email the recruiter to be sure. Also how did they reach out to you for an interview was it via email or call?

Can anyone please tell me where I can find the recruiters email? I applied to a different location, but I’m not sure how to find their email to reach out to them.

I am not sure if there is recruiter specific to each location but Jonathon is a recruiter for them, [email protected]

Yes! I emailed the recruiter and she said ideally have it done before your interview, but otherwise by the end of the week. I thought this was so strange since I received the reference email about 24 hrs prior to my interview. That isn't a ton of time to contact 5 references and make sure they complete it! Has anyone else had to do this for St. Joseph's Orange?

That is pretty last minute maybe they assume you already have the references. I have applied to a lot of different places so I already have my references, but 24 hours is still not enough time to contact them and tell them to expect a call. Do they reach out to references by email or call?
